If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of work, we ask that you notify us immediately to make arrangements to correct the situation within 24 hours. Refunds are not offered.

Services are offered weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, seasonal, one-time. We customized our services to fit our customers needs and schedules.
We accept cash, check, credit or debit card, or PayPal. Sales tax may apply to some forms of payments. Payment is due when services are completed.
At True Shine, we treat each home and business with care and respect. During services, if something happen to break or become damage, we will repair or replace them. We ask that you provide us proof of cost. True Shine is fully insured.
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies needed to make your home shine. We recommend clients to provide equipment such as; a broom and dust pan, mop, and vacuum. If you cannot provide this equipment, no worries we will provide them for you. If you would like to use your own cleaning products and equipment, let us know.
We require at least a 48 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a charge of $50 if there is no notice of cancellations. If you are home sick with the flu, Covid-19, or worse, please notify us right away. We will do our best to reschedule services at a better time.
